Hey guys -
Kori emailed me and let me know what happened, and again let me reiterate how sorry I am that something like this occurred. The alley had assured us that you guys would be taken care of, but apparently that was not the case. I have spoken with the GM and he has offered to setup a bowling time with you guys to make up last week's match if you like - either before 1pm, or after 4pm, whatever you like. Or we can do it on a different week. Hopefully we can figure out a way to make this right. If you guys can talk about it, then have Kori email me and let me know, I will make this happen. But the more notice you can give, the better, ideally today or early tomorrow. Thanks all.
